Refund policy

Every print is made to order for you, but I want you to love what arrives. If you change your mind, you can return your print within 14 days of delivery.

Changed your mind? Email me at info@nadiaazariyeva.com within 14 days of receiving your order and I will send you the return address. Please send the print back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. Once the print arrives back, I will refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Arrived damaged or faulty? That is on me, not you. Email a photo of the print and the packaging to info@nadiaazariyeva.com within 14 days of delivery and I will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to post anything back.

The wrong item arrived? Same as above: one photo, one email, and I will make it right.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
